Ingredients

  • 115g Soft Butter

  • 1 Egg

  • 20g Granulated Sugar

  • 30g Brown Sugar

  • 160g Flour

  • 3 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Zests of Lime and 15 ml of Lime Juice

  • 100g Pink Pralines

  • 60g White Chocolate Chips

  • 40g Crushed Almonds

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat your oven to 180°C/ 356°F.


Step 2


In a bowl whiten the egg with the sugars until you get a foamy mixture. Add your butter in small pieces while continuing to whisk until the mixture becomes creamy. Add the lime juice, the zest and the vanilla extract and whisk.


Step 3


Add the flour, baking powder, salt and mix.


Step 4


Add the crushed pralines, the chocolate chips and the almonds. Mix with a spatula until all elements are well incorporated into the batter.


Step 5


Let your cookie dough rest for 2h in your fridge.


Step 6


Shape your dough into 12 cookies and put on your oven tray lined with parchment paper.


Step 7


Bake for 10-12 min.
