Ingredients
For the sauce
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Honey
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Rosemary
Salt & Pepper
For the butternut
1 Butternut
1 Chavignol Goat Cheese
Preparation
For the sauce
Step 1
Mix all of your ingredients together until well combined.
For the Butternut
Step 2
Preheat your oven to 200°C/ 390°F.
Step 3
Cut your butternut in half, take out the seeds, and do small incisions in the upper part to allow the flesh to cook.
Brush the sauce all over your butternut.
Step 4
Place the butternut on a tray lined with baking paper. The sides with the incisions should be facing up.
Step 5
Cook for 40 min.
Step 6
Add the goat cheese in the hole of the butternut, brush with some more sauce.
Step 7
Cook for another 10 min or until the goat cheese is melted according to your liking.
